MRO Americas is the premier event for the commercial air transport maintenance, repair and overhaul industry, designed for you by thought leaders and innovators from the leading and trusted brand in the aviation/aerospace industry – Aviation Week. MRO Americas provides a world-class venue for all those involved in the MRO sector to exchange ideas and best practices, share experiences, debate issues and challenges and gather knowledge.

Here are some quick facts about attending events with Team Texas:

  • Registration to participate in these events with Team Texas requires you to be a member of Team Texas in good standing.
  • All events are available to all members; if you do not have a credit for an event that you want to attend, you will be able to purchase a registration online.
  • Aside from SelectUSA, a Team Texas registration will get you access to what you need. You will not need to register separately for any other shows or events.
  • Travel expenses are the responsibility of the member. With very few exceptions, Team Texas will not sponsor a room block at hotels.
  • Sponsorships for hospitality events are options to gain extra exposure at specific event; they are not required.
  • Hospitality events are add-on events and you must be a Team Texas participant in the correlating event to attend.

Registration and Payment Policy: All registrations are to be made online. Registrations will not be accepted by mail, email, telephone or fax. Payments in advance are encouraged, unless specified to be paid prior to the event. Invoices are required to be paid within 30 days following the event. Payments may be made in the form of check or online via credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing via email to TEDC staff. Cancellations received in writing on or before (10 business days), and which payment has been received, will be refunded via check following the event. All refunds will be charged a $35.00 administration cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after (10 business days). A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the event, is considered a No-Show and is not eligible for a refund. A registrant who does not submit a written notice of cancellation or attend the event is still responsible for the registration fee.
